Gemma
Our Head of Lettings, Gemma manages all tenancy creation and the end of tenancy process ensuring due diligence on all matters including referencing, deposit lodging, and lease documentation. A background in finance and statistics, her attention to detail results in first class service provided to both landlords and tenants alike.
Ryan
Property Manager, Ryan organises the maintenance and safety certification for all properties to ensure each regulation is adhered to and tenant’s homes are safe. Additionally, he completes regular inspections on all properties allowing for early identification of issues and timely resolution. A key member of the team, Ryan’s property management experience spans both residential and commercial markets.
Liam
In charge of Residential Sales and Commercial Lettings, Liam works hand in hand with property developers to offer them bespoke sales packages which meet their exacting specifications. He is capable of understanding the complex needs of property investors thanks to his experience in property finance and investment.
